Shelly was left tetraplegic after a night out when she was assaulted by a door supervisor at a nightclub.  We advised Shelly in relation to primary liability, the vicarious liability of the company employing the doorman and the nightclub as 'temporary deemed employer', insurance coverage issues, and the value of the claim including care, accomodation, equipment, loss of earnings and the like.  The case with a value of £1.5m continues.
