Bruce, a 62 year-old motorcyclist, was driving on the nearside of the motorway when a motorist swerved into his lane causing a collision.  He suffered multiple injuries including above-knee amputation to both legs.  We advised on insurance issues, and arranged immediate rehabilitation in a specialist hospital for him.  We advised in relation to housing issues, private medical treatment costs, loss of earnings, and secured an appropriate care and equipment regime for Bruce, thus vastly improving his quality of life.
