Kate's husband was killed when a car being raced on the road collided with a bus shelter where he was waiting for a bus.  We advised in relation to insurance coverage issues arising because one of the cars involved was uninsured.  Our team proceeded to trial on liability (as the drivers involved were blaming each other) and thereafter we negotiated a settlement which required court approval because the deceased left infant children whose interests necessitated court intervention.
