Tom's Story

Tom fell from a scaffold tower at work following an epileptic fit and suffered major brain injuries.  Following our advice on liability, contributory negligence, employers' liability and insurance coverage issues, liability was settled on a 50/50 basis. Since then interim payments have been made to Tom to help secure the purchase of a suitable car and accommodation.  The case settled for a global sum in excess of £1.6m.
